Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting in SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and adoption.
• Excellent communication across verbal, written, and presentation formats.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% as needed.

• Create and run telemetry programs to boost adoption and value realization.
