Maximus is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and deploy advanced methods for analyzing operational data. You will act as the data analytics contact across multiple projects, guiding partners on performance and maturity options.

Responsibilities include data extraction, KPI development, ETL/ELT pipelines, and creating Power BI dashboards. Strong SQL, Databricks, Python/R, and NLP familiarity are valued for shaping insights and readiness analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Strong SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL querying and relational schemas.
• Hands-on Databricks, Spark, PySpark experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and ML workflows.
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow integration.
• Basic familiarity with NLP / large language models.
• Able to translate mission needs into data requirements.
