Job summary

Jobylon AB is seeking a meticulous Biospecimen Coordinator to join our BioSample Management Group in Arizona. You will ensure that sample shipments are received, triaged, and tracked with precision, maintaining rigorous chain of custody and supporting workflow improvements.

Responsibilities include accessioning and QC of demographic data, labeling, and communicating with clients regarding held or rejected samples, while coordinating global shipments and overseeing ongoing requests.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant biospecimen coordination experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with high quality standards.
• Able to multitask in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and route incoming sample shipments.
• Accessioning and QC of demographic data for accuracy.
• Serve as contact for clients regarding held/rejected samples.
• Labeling and final QC of sample labeling.
• Image stained slides and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Coordinate internal and client sample shipments globally.
• Manage team inbox and track requests.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives in BioSample group.
• Provide general support as needed.
