Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories in Valencia, CA is seeking a Pre-Analytical Services Associate to support specimen receipt, pre-analytical processing, and quality checks of patient information forms. You will escalate issues and assist with after-hours alarms as needed.

You will manage biorepository storage, enter data in LIMS, coordinate outbound shipments, and perform general administrative duties while following safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain effective reporting procedures and control workflow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process specimens and patient information forms.
• Escalate discrepancies in shipments to senior staff.
• Support LIMS data entry and specimen storage management.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, supply inventories, and general workstation cleanup while following safety procedures.
