Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic development projects in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Global and US Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Commercial Excellence to deliver integrated plans and mitigations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Qlik/Power BI and ERP tools, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical work experience with 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects.
• Strong analytical, goal-focused thinking with ability to influence and drive change in a global matrix organization.
• Independent, self-driven with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SAP, Qlik, and TM1.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned strategic development projects and report KPIs.
• Design and manage KPI/analytical reporting via Qlik and Power BI streams for biopharma team.
• Manage complex biosimilars projects across therapeutic areas.
• Develop 340B strategy related to contract pharmacies and document regulations; collaborate with 3rd parties.
• Define scope, tasks, milestones; allocate resources; ensure capacity planning and time tracking.
• Maintain status and KPIs for ongoing projects and opportunities.
• Identify and resolve risks; escalate issues when needed.
• Conduct lessons learned and build project management knowledgebase.
