Fresenius Kabi in the United States is seeking a Sr Director, Global Product Management to lead the global portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across assigned business areas. You will partner with executive leadership to drive investments and strategic decisions with significant commercial impact.

The role requires 12+ years in global product or portfolio management, strong leadership and financial analysis capabilities, and ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in Global Product Management or Portfolio Management, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing business cases, portfolio strategies, and investment recommendations.
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning acumen, including market analysis and competitive assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global portfolio and product strategies aligned with the overall business strategy and transformation agenda.
• Own the global product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, from market assessment and business case development through lifecycle optimization and end-of-life decisions.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and investment recommendations, balancing customer needs, strategic objectives, innovation opportunities, technical feasibility, and financial value creation.
• Collaborate with Global R&D to translate market needs and business priorities into product roadmaps and development priorities.
