Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States seeks a project manager with strong biosimilars experience to lead multiple complex development projects. You will create integrated plans, monitor risks, track KPIs, and ensure timely information flow to stakeholders across Global and US Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Commercial Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical work with 3+ years managing a project portfolio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SAP, Qlik, and TM1.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned strategic development projects and KPIs.
• Design and manage KPI reporting via Qlik/Power BI for biopharma teams.
• Oversee complex biosimilars projects across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Develop 340B strategy and document related regulations with Model N.
• Define scope, assign tasks, and allocate resources for milestones.
• Maintain status updates and KPIs for leadership teams.
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution across functions.
• Conduct lessons learned and contribute to PM knowledgebase.
• Manage project budgets and participate in quarterly forecasts.
