Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational capabilities and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution and maintenance of clinical studies and investigator meetings.
• Establish, update, and maintain clinical tracking databases and files.
• Assist with shipping, inventory, or sample destruction for trials.
• Receive, triage, and accession samples with QC on data and labeling.
• Coordinate internal and client requests for global sample shipments.
• Track clinical and regulatory documents and process case report forms.
• Support process-improvement workstreams within BioSample Management Group.
