Emergent BioSolutions is seeking a Lead Bioprocess Associate to lead a manufacturing team producing bulk vaccines. You will ensure GMP-compliant operations across upstream, downstream, or formulation, mentoring staff and safeguarding production goals.

The role emphasizes real-time problem solving, strict documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Health and safety compliance focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/engineering/biotech fields with 6+ years’ GMP biologic production experience.
• Strong understanding of batch records, SOPs and forms.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to meet production schedule and goals.
• Operate GMP manufacturing equipment and ensure aseptic conditions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on equipment and processes.
• Review logs, BPRs, and batch records for compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready cleanroom and safe working environment.
