Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Biotech field with 6+ years' GMP biologic production experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards and documentation practices.
• Excellent documentation skills including review/execution of Batch Production Records and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operates manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, washers, bioreactors, TFF skids) in aseptic, GMP-compliant conditions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; act as SME and trainer for equipment and processes.
• Lead the team to ensure cleanroom discipline, audit readiness, and compliant documentation.
