Job summary

Emergent BioSolutions in Canton, MA is seeking a Senior Bioprocess Associate to support GMP manufacturing of bulk drug substance and bulk drug product across upstream, downstream and final formulation stages.

The role requires experience with GMP manufacturing, aseptic technique and operation of process equipment, plus strong documentation skills and readiness to support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Biotech field.
• 4+ years’ experience with biologic production processes under GMP.
• Outstanding knowledge and ability to apply scientific principles to production tasks.
• Excellent documentation skills including batch records, SOPs and forms.

Responsibilities

• Operate GMP manufacturing equipment and support aseptic techniques.
• Assist in manufacturing of bulk drug substance and product across stages.
• Revises batch records, SOPs and forms as required.
• Support QA during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready manufacturing areas and logbooks.
