The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and over 7 years of relevant experience; strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. This position offers a base salary ranging from $129,000 to $156,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in upstream processing including cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream manufacturing operations including media preparation and cell culture.
• Ensure equipment and material readiness for production.
• Manage Quality Management System elements including deviations and CAPAs.
