Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
Deliver clinical product presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Develop understanding of healthcare delivery system within each customer segment.
Develop product and competitor knowledge; analyze local market trends.
Collaborate with sales, brand team, and support partners to deliver excellent customer experience.
Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
Participate in training and development programs.
Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize HCP interactions.
