Job summary

Roquette, a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a provider of pharmaceutical excipients, seeks a Technical Sales and Customer Specialist for the Biopharmaceutical Team. The role blends science with business, supporting biopharma customers from early development through commercialization.

This position is located in Wilmington, DE or Springhouse, PA, and requires 7-9+ years of pharma/biotech experience with an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences discipline.
• 7-9+ years of relevant pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME supporting biologics and injectable applications across the sales cycle.
• Provide technical support enabling development and implementation of Roquette solutions at strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with R&D, formulation and process teams to identify development challenges and define solutions.
• Guide customers in selection, evaluation, and implementation of Roquette portfolio.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and partnerships.
