Job summary

A project solutions organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative on a Bio Pharma project in Lebanon, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of project management experience in large-scale Bio Pharma construction. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring GMP compliance, and handling project financials. Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive project management experience in large-scale Bio Pharma, Life Sciences, or GMP facility construction.
• Proven success managing base build projects with process systems and cleanroom environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between the Owner and construction teams.
• Manage project teams to ensure deliverables are achieved according to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor project financials and KPIs to ensure adherence to budget.
