Job summary

Resilience in Kentucky is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Formulation operations on a 12-hour day rotation. You'll start up equipment, execute batches, handle materials, and keep a clean, compliant cGMP environment while collaborating with lead technicians to resolve production issues.

You will perform inspections, complete batch records, and assist with preventive maintenance, inventory control in SAP, and lean activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (cGMP) required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and batch-record accuracy.
• Basic problem solving and math skills for routine calculations.
• Ability to work with SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, operation, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, and line clearance.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve production issues and ensure quality.
• Monitor process execution and coordinate tasks to maintain OEE data tracking.
• Perform CIP and SIP per SOPs and assemble/disassemble equipment.
• Maintain SAP-based inventory control and proper documentation.
