Responsibilities

• Lead a Work Centered Team to execute cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within Manufacturing Operations.
• Manage production scheduling, staffing, and training to meet production goals.
• Maintain ALCOA+ documentation and batch records to support turn‑around‑times.
• Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to sustain compliant processes.
