Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation seeks a Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal advice on commercial agreements, IP, and regulatory matters across its CDMO and global operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, licenses, NDAs, and related contracts, balancing business objectives with risk and compliance.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience, a JD, state-bar admission (NC preferred), and strong negotiation, writing, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• College degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; academic honors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, supply, development, manufacturing, and services agreements, licensing, and NDAs.
• Advise teams on legal and contractual issues arising from customer collaborations, bids, and programs; support issue resolution and deal closure.
• Identify legal, regulatory, and business risks and escalate material or high-risk matters to senior counsel.
