Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal advice on a broad range of matters affecting its U.S. and global CDMO businesses. You will draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, licenses, and NDAs, support deal closure, and help advance contracting standards and training across regions.

The role requires 3–8 years of relevant experience, a JD, and active U.S. bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; academic honors preferred.
• Admitted in good standing to at least one U.S. state bar; North Carolina admission preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in law firms or in-house legal departments, preferably in CDMO/life-sciences.
• Strong contracting background with experience in services, development, manufacturing, supply, licensing, and confidentiality agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Advise business teams on legal and contractual issues; support deal closure.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose mitigation strategies; escalate high-risk matters.
