Agiliti is seeking a Technical Services Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership for biomedical and field service technicians in an assigned geographic region. You will oversee equipment maintenance, customer records and billing, and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising medical service technicians or engineers.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospital operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, repair and handling of medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the technical services team.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the technical services group.
• Recruit, train and develop technical staff with ongoing feedback and action steps for improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve critical service issues.
• Manage equipment maintenance, parts inventory and service schedules.
• Ensure equipment incidents and regulatory documentation are completed.
