Job summary

Agiliti seeks a Technical Services Manager I to provide strategic direction and leadership for biomedical and field service technicians within the Norman region. You will oversee daily operations, drive improvements, and ensure equipment readiness for customers.

You will recruit and develop staff, maintain strong customer relationships, and manage budgets, billing documentation, and regulatory compliance. This role requires flexible hours and a proactive safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's in biomedical engineering, electronics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervision/management experience of medical service technicians or engineers.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations.
• Experience with biomedical equipment preventive maintenance, repair and handling; ability to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the technical services team.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the technical services group.
• Recruit, train and develop technical staff with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve critical service issues.
• Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, spares inventory and purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Support revenue growth and cost containment initiatives.
