Job summary

Opti-Sciences, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing professional to help bring our fluorescence instrumentation to researchers, universities, and organizations worldwide.

You’ll identify markets, develop customer relationships, generate qualified leads, and translate scientific applications into commercial opportunities. You’ll be involved in video content creation, channel hosting, and expanding our presence in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, or marketing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to prospect, cold call, and create new opportunities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• A passion for learning technical and scientific concepts.
• Experience in life sciences, plant science, agriculture, environmental science, instrumentation, or scientific equipment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
• Identify and qualify new customers and market opportunities.
• Build relationships with researchers, professors, scientists, distributors, and industry professionals.
• Conduct prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, conferences, and other channels.
• Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
• Work with customers to understand their research needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop new vertical markets and applications for Opti-Sciences products.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales forecasts.
• Help expand Opti-Sciences’ presence in domestic and international markets.
