Renovo Solutions is seeking a Biomedical Supervisor to lead the Biomed Engineering Team and organize workflow for efficient service delivery. This role establishes performance objectives to increase equipment reliability and will coordinate with the Account Manager on compliance and PM metrics.

The position requires a two-year Biomed degree, 5+ years of medical equipment experience, and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and a customer-first

Qualifications

Requires a two-year degree in Biomed or equivalent training/experience.
Minimum 5+ years of service/maintenance of medical equipment.
At least 1 year of team management or supervision.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Accountability, integrity, and customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with accrediting agencies (TJC, DNV, CAP, DOH)

Responsabilités

Lead the Biomed Engineering Team and organize workflow for efficient service delivery.
Maintain compliance standards and PM completion metrics with Account Manager.
Document PMs and asset data in RenovoLive.
Monitor downtime and present weekly action plans to resolve issues.
Attend Safety Committee and Biomed reviews; scribe minutes.
Serve as Integrated Systems Administrator for ISM program if applicable.
