Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks an experienced Biomedical Equipment Technician to perform planned maintenance, inspections, and calibrations on a variety of clinical equipment in healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintaining CMMS records to ensure safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on BMET experience, a technical degree or equivalent, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with clinical biomedical equipment in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Proficient with electromechanical and computerized biomedical devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical patient care equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and hospital standards.
• Install new equipment and conduct incoming inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records in our CMMS - RenovoLive.
• Support BMET teammates and the Supervisor/Manager on-site, as needed.
• Perform inspections, calibrations, and electrical safety checks on general biomedical equipment.
