Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Technology Manager to lead the Biomedical Engineering team at a Houston site. The role focuses on organizing workflow, efficient customer service, and establishing performance goals as the primary liaison with site stakeholders on asset management.

The position requires a two-year Biomed degree (CBET preferred) and 7+ years in medical equipment service with 3+ years in service management.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Biomed or equivalent training and/or experience.
• CBET preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the service and maintenance of medical equipment.
• 3+ years of service management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the Biomedical Technician team’s preventative maintenance agenda.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching with team members.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to align asset management with site objectives.
• Develop and manage a budget for asset management operations.
• Generate performance and financial reports for site leadership.
• Lead process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Investigate root causes and implement long-term solutions for downtime, parts, shipping, and inventory issues.
