Responsibilities

• Support HR administrative functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and records management.
• Assist with special projects to improve HR processes, workflows, and overall service for the Institute community.
• Support international services with immigration-related HR processes as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Research, compile, and analyze HR-related information, data, and inquiries.
• Monitor and triage incoming HR emails and route requests to the appropriate team member.
