Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, inspecting, and verifying biomedical equipment.
• Strong computer troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret error codes and system logs.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance, PA inspections, electrical safety inspections, and operational verification on complex biomedical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and calibrate medical equipment.
• Communicate repair status and equipment issues to leadership.
• Coordinate and document work performed by vendors, subcontractors, and outside technicians.
• Maintain complete equipment inventories, PA schedules, nomenclature, and service histories.
• Ensure work complies with MEMP requirements and regulatory standards.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Build relationships with clinicians and customers and discuss equipment status and functionality.
• Perform incoming inspections on permanent, rental, loaner, trial, and evaluation medical devices.
• Verify security analysis completion for newly introduced customer equipment.
• Make recommendations regarding medical equipment inventory.
