Philips is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) to support the Multi-Vendor Services business for customers in and around Valhalla, NY. The role installs, troubleshoots, services, and maintains biomedical equipment while building strong customer relationships.

The candidate will perform PMs, FCOs, installations, and related tasks, diagnosing electronic, network, and mechanical issues using service manuals and manufacturer training.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in a medical service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance, field change orders, installations, and related tasks independently.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical issues at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service, set expectations, and address customer needs.
• Complete administrative duties (timesheets, service work orders, PMs, FCOs, installation docs, site paperwork) within regulatory requirements.
• Work onsite in Valhalla, NY; participate in on-site work team; follow training and safety requirements.
