Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Manager of Biomedical Services to oversee the assigned account and drive operational excellence across on-site service delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, review budgets, and ensure asset-management software accuracy while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires five+ years in the biomedical field and four+ years of supervisory experience, plus a degree or equivalent in electronics/biomedical tech.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in the biomedical field.
• Four or more years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers on-call, maintenance and inspection schedules.
• Reviews and approves purchase orders.
• Plans, organizes and directs effective performance of contracts via management and direction of account personnel.
• Ensures the validity of the asset management software program and administers the software and work orders.
• Reviews financial statements and performs budget preparation with senior management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
