Responsibilities

The Biomed Site Lead is responsible for all aspects of service within their assigned account, including the professional administration of the Equipment Management Program. This role is critical to the success of the program, and the facility's impression of its success depends on the Lead's professionalism, attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field plus 3 years' experience, or Associate's degree plus 5 years' experience.
• Competent in using all applicable test equipment and tools.
• High self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as TJC, DNV, HFAP, CAP, NFPA, CMS, HIPAA.
• Strong leadership, team-building, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
• Good business skills, confidentiality, maturity, tact, and ethics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to write reports and deliver presentations on operational and technical issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and read schematics/blueprints.
• Technical certifications (e.g., A+, CBET, CCE, CHTM) are preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

The estimated total compensation ranges from $66,996.80 to $97,032, depending on experience, education, credentials, and other factors.
