Qualifications

Education: Master's in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, (Bio)statistics, (Bio)mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field, or Bachelor's with demonstrated experience in bioinformatics.
Experience: 2 years post-graduation in data analysis and/or scientific software development.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and develops formalisms, algorithms and software for biomedical research.
Develops and maintains software tools and infrastructure for resolving specific problems.
Assists in development, testing and revision of programs in a team with diverse bioinformatics expertise.
Performs other duties as assigned.
