Qualifications

• Education and experience in data science, biostatistics, bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in R and Python for data analysis, statistics, visualization, and pipeline development.
• Experience independently leading complex biomedical data analyses and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of data-driven research strategies with collaborators and PI.
• Analyze single-cell and bulk omics datasets through end-to-end interpretation.
• Develop scalable image-analysis workflows for histology and imaging data.
• Integrate experimental data with clinical variables and public multiomics datasets.
• Build reproducible analysis pipelines using version control and containerized environments.
