Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, bioinformatics, mathematics, physics, or related field or a Bachelor's with demonstrated experience in bioinformatics

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and develops formalisms, algorithms and software for biomedical research.
• Develops and maintains software tools and infrastructure for resolving specific problems.
• Assists in the development, testing and revision of programs in a team with diverse bioinformatics expertise.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
