Marist University seeks a Clinical Laboratory Director to lead operational, educational, and research efforts for biomechanics and simulation across health professions programs. Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Biomechanics or related field, Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing clinical, teaching, research, or simulation laboratories in higher education, healthcare, or research settings.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation of simulation and laboratory facilities.
Supervise lab staff and provide training and support to faculty, staff, and students.
Collaborate with faculty to develop simulation and lab-based learning experiences aligned with accreditation standards.
Develop and maintain laboratory policies, procedures, and safety protocols; ensure compliance and accurate records.
Manage equipment, procurement, setup, calibration, maintenance, and budget-related purchasing.
Provide analytical support for faculty and student research, including data collection, management, and reporting.
Advance capabilities by evaluating new technologies and supporting program assessment.
