Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in a life-sciences discipline (e.g., Microbiology, Virology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Synthetic Biology, Biosecurity).
• 1-3 years of practical lab, research, or analytical experience in a biological discipline or biosecurity setting.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming flagged queries and apply labels to train safety classifiers.
• Prepare structured escalations for Senior Specialists when needed.
• Document findings clearly and contribute to calibration sessions for consistent labeling.
