Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is offering a 10-week internship at the Devens, MA Biologics campus to gain leadership exposure and mentorship in BioPharma supply chain. The role focuses on evaluating storage and movement of materials for the Cell Therapy Facility and enabling automation through capacity analysis and data-driven insights.

The program provides networking, development, and opportunities to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field.
• Interest in BioPharma and biotechnology.
• Experience or coursework in data mining and analytics (Power BI, Excel).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current-state material storage and movement within the Cell Therapy Facility, mapping material flow from receipt through delivery to end users.
• Define storage capacity and requirements for materials used throughout CTF and identify gaps.
• Collect, organize, and analyze material usage and throughput data using Excel, Power BI, and/or SAP.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams to align on requirements.
• Support efforts to align CTF storage and movement with new automated technologies.
• Document findings and present recommendations and proposed process improvements to stakeholders.
