Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (3rd year or higher) or Master's program.
• Ability to work on-site at the Devens, MA facility for the duration of the co-op assignment.
• Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data collection, analysis, and modeling.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Claude Code) and/or automation platforms (PowerBI, PowerAutomate) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Visa sponsorship not available; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and present operational or planning data to support problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean tools (e.g., process mapping, SIPOC, value stream mapping, Pareto analysis, root cause analysis) to evaluate current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and pilot AI-driven or automation solutions (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, AI/Claude tools) to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
• Support Tier management, visual management, and/or Gemba walk activities, depending on project assignment.
• Develop dashboards, standard work documentation, and training materials to support adoption and sustainability of process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and OpEx teams.
