Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Science or Engineering BS/MS/PhD program (STEM).
• Interest in biotechnology, biologics/cell therapy processes.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in collaborative environments and teamwork.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to gown into controlled manufacturing spaces when required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support projects in BioPharma focused areas (e.g., Commercial Biologics Manufacturing, Cell Therapy Manufacturing, Quality).
• Assist with process optimization, documentation, and knowledge management updates.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Supply Chain teams.
• Explore and pilot emerging tools and technologies.
