Qualifications

• B.S. required with 3+ years in industry or M.S. with 1+ year experience.
• Experience supporting sample management, lab operations, or analytical development.
• Ability to manage sample workflows, ensure data integrity, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sample management system infrastructure and configurations.
• Integrate study design and submission workflows into the system.
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy for right-first-time intake.
• Support triage tools, submission screening, and directive-to-lab routing.
• Coordinate routing of validated samples to analytical labs per assay maps.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve submissions and system questions.
• Contribute to process improvements to reduce rework and improve timelines.
