Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director of Quality Control to lead a multi-site QC organization at Malvern and Spring House, PA. You will oversee testing strategy, data integrity, and regulatory readiness while managing 80+ personnel and contractors in a fast-paced biologics environment.

The role partners with Manufacturing, QA, Analytical Development, and Regulatory to ensure product quality and patient safety, with inspections and continuous improvement as cornerstones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech QC with leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of direct people-management in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site QC leadership across Malvern and Spring House.
• Ensure compliant testing, data integrity, and timely reporting.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, changes controls and validations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support tech transfers and supply continuity.
