You will build a world-class biophysics team, drive advanced analytical approaches, and translate mechanistic insights into development decisions that improve product quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Structural Biology or related field.
• 6+ years in biologics discovery, development, or analytical sciences.
• Proven scientific leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in protein biophysics, higher-order structure and analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive scientific vision for biophysics, higher-order structure, and separation sciences.
• Lead a high-performing team across Discovery, Cell Line Development, and Process Development.
• Collaborate with Mass Spectrometry, Protein Engineering and Analytical Sciences to inform development decisions.
• Identify liabilities and opportunities early to improve development and manufacturing outcomes.
• Mentor scientists and foster a culture of scientific rigor and innovation.
