Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Program Manager – Immunology to join the Innovative Medicine group. This role supports regulatory programs across multiple sites, including Spring House, Horsham, Titusville, Raritan, Cambridge, La Jolla, Beerse, Leiden, Maidenhead, Basel, and Cork.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, translate regulatory strategy into executable plans, manage health authority interactions and submissions, and drive process

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry/business experience with at least 2 years in Pharmaceutical/MedTech or a comparable R&D area.

Responsabilités

• Serve as key facilitator within the RPM department to assigned service area to help ensure proper visibility to book of work, monitoring quality and process to support the success of the RPM department.
• Function as a change management and implementation leader for new process and system rollout across RPM team.
• Lead operations with Global Regulatory Team (GRT), including health authority meeting planning, worldwide submissions, and optimization of global filing and launch strategy.
• Translate regulatory requirements and strategy into executable plans with detailed, actionable steps.
• Provide strong operational leadership to Regulatory and program teams, enabling rapid and informed decision making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to support regulatory components and budgets.
