Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Scientist in Devens, MA to lead commercial biologics manufacturing processes, resolve deviations, and drive continuous improvement. You will act as a technical expert for large-scale cell culture and single-use operations, ensuring GMP compliance and reliable supply of therapies.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Analytical teams, lead CAPA activities, and contribute to lifecycle management and regulatory readiness while advancing

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related field with 5–7 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing; MS/PhD desired with 1–2 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMPs, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience leading investigations, CAPA, risk assessments, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical lead for commercial biologics manufacturing and deviation investigations.
• Lead cross-functional technical projects to improve process robustness and yield.
• Support technology transfer, validation, and regulatory filings.
• Prepare or review GMP documentation including protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Analytical, MS&T, and site leadership to drive site priorities.
