Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories seeks a Lead Pricing and Contracting, Biologics to develop and deploy pricing strategies and manage contracting across payers, PBMs, GPOs, and IDNs in the US.

You will own pricing and reimbursement strategy for launches and in-line products, guiding the analytics and cross-functional execution to drive profitable growth for the Biologics portfolio. You will lead pricing governance, collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Finance and Legal, and influence decisions through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration required or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years US pharmaceutical experience in Market Access, pricing, contracting, Finance, or Brand Analytics.
• 3+ years managing Buy & Bill biosimilars in Immunology/Oncology.
• Advanced understanding of payer dynamics (MH/A–B segments) and contracting levers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop list pricing strategy and gross-to-net modeling for Biologic brand launches.
• Lead pricing committee to establish and manage price approvals.
• Conduct financial analyses to support contract reviews with Legal, Market Access, and Finance.
• Forecast ASP and assess impact of contracting changes on revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, and Marketing to meet brand financial objectives.
• Monitor ASP impact and pricing across channels; adjust strategies as needed.
• Support pricing playbooks and guidelines for new launches; coordinate with Legal and Contract Operations.
• Assess contract performance with payers, PBMs, GPOs, and IDNs.
