Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in the US is seeking a Lead Pricing and Contracting, Biologics to shape pricing and contracting for biosimilars and biologics. You will own pricing strategies, manage negotiation with payers and GPOs, and drive profitability for the Biologics portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of managed care, reimbursement dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Sales, Finance and Legal. Prior biosimilar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years US pharmaceutical experience in Market Access, Pricing or Contracting.
• 3+ years managing Buy & Bill/Biosimilars in Immunology/Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Develop list pricing strategy and gross-to-net modeling for Biologic launches.
• Lead pricing committee and establish price approval processes.
• Collaborate with legal, market access and finance on contracts.
• Forecast pricing impact and monitor ASP, reimbursement and profitability.
• Support pricing and contracting strategy for new launches and pipeline.
