Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in the United States seeks a Lead for commercial and market access analytics, focused on forecasting for Biologics portfolio. You’ll develop accurate forecasts and data-driven analytics to support pre- and post-launch decisions.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives dashboards and MS Excel-based models, and contributes to pricing, market access and lifecycle management.

This is a high-impact position in a growing biologics unit with a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Biotech/Pharma analytics and forecasting; biologic/biosimilar experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Experience with payer coverage analytics and claims analytics is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead data driven analytics to support go-to-market and channel strategies.
• Develop accurate product sales and profitability projections for portfolio evaluation.
• Lead development of dashboards and performance metrics for launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Integrate primary and secondary data to inform forecast assumptions.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales and Finance teams across matrix functions.
