Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of US pharmaceutical experience in pricing, contracting, finance or analytics.
• 3+ years managing Buy & Bill brands/biosimilars in Immunology/Oncology.
• deep knowledge of pricing, reimbursement and contracting dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop list pricing strategy and gross-to-net modeling for biologic launches.
• Lead pricing committee and manage price approval processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support contract reviews with legal, market access, and finance.
• Project pricing and contracting impact on revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with market access, sales, and marketing to hit financial objectives.
• Monitor contracting performance and adjust pricing tactics across channels.
