Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in the United States is seeking a Director National Accounts to lead market access and reimbursement strategies for the DRL portfolio and future biologics.

You will manage national accounts, negotiate contracts, educate Medical and Pharmacy Directors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payer access and formulary acceptance, with travel up to 50%. The role reports to the Head of Market Access, Biologics for North America and requires 10+ years US payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of direct US Payer Account management experience.
• Five years' experience managing Biologics products and medical benefit drugs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all account management activities with assigned National Accounts including access and reimbursement strategies, formulary coverage, contract negotiation and relationship management.
• Establish strategic relationships with Medical and Pharmacy Directors within assigned Accounts and educate them on Dr. Reddy's biologic portfolio.
• Collaborates with commercial leadership and executive management to develop and refine the company’s payer access strategy, providing input on product offerings, pricing, and contracting.
• Develop and implement contract strategies that create reimbursement access & coverage with payors while protecting ASP and GTN.
• Ensure reimbursement processes align with Medicare Part A-D, Medicaid and commercial payer policies.
