Qualifications

• Advanced degree with strong knowledge of protein science and formulation principles.
• Experience in formulation development, stability studies, and analytical characterization of biologics.
• Hands-on use of biophysical techniques (DSC, DLS, DSF, CD, HPLC, CE-SDS, UV).
• Strong technical writing and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead biologics formulation development (mAbs), including pre-formulation, excipient screening, and stability studies.
• Conduct analytical characterization using biophysical methods (DLS, DSF, SEC, CE, rheology).
• Develop high concentration formulations and address aggregation, viscosity, and solubility issues.
