Job summary

Catalent's Madison campus is seeking a Manager - Commercial Operations to support our Madison, Wisconsin Cell Line Development business.

You will serve as the commercial lead for client programs, partnering with Business Development, Program Management, Scientific Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure successful execution of customer projects while driving operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in science, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech/CDMO manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, amendments, and supply agreement negotiations.
• Develop portfolio strategies by evaluating customer demand, forecasting and long-term opportunities.
• Drive communication, governance and issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support program execution and customer satisfaction as the primary commercial relationship manager.
